Join the January Just For You online challenge

I seriously can’t believe I’m typing 2022, but there we are! Ok so what is this feel good challenge all about.

This is a 4-week exercise and wellness plan designed to help you start the new year strong. Let’s be honest, we all love a fresh start feeling so why not make this yours.

This 28-day exercise and wellness challenge includes;

  • 3 x 30 – 45 minute workouts per week that you can fit in around your lifestyle, suitable for all abilities* and can be easily progressed or regressed to work for you.
  • weekly journaling prompts to help you explore your inner and outer self – where you are and where you want to go.
  • moon cycle prompts to help you tune into the different energy.
  • weekly check in’s with an emphasis on gratitude.
  • access to a private Whatsapp group where you can benefit from peer support and share experiences.
  • on hand support and accountability from me via TrueCoach* and Whatsapp.

Bringing people together is something that is really important to me. I want you to feel valued, supported and empowered. This community will be safe space for you to talk about both your wins and struggles, so lets all allow ourselves to be open to chat.

How do I win?

You put yourself in the running to be crowned the winner of this challenge by completing the most workouts & tasks (measured via TrueCoach**) and tagging me (at least) once a week on Instagram (@rebeccafit.co.uk). In a tie break situation it will come down to community engagement within the Whatsapp group, so do get involved.

The winner will not only feel like a queen, but receive a lovely self care package put together by me to hopefully help you to continue to put your body and mind first.


Ideally you will have access to some dumbbells a kettlebell and some resistance bands but, if not, house hold items will suffice. Please contact me if you would like any advice. You are also more than welcome to take this plan to the gym!


The 4-week challenge is £50. You can sign up for this challenge between December 1st 2021 – December 30th 2021.


The challenge starts on Monday, January 3rd 2022 – ends Sunday, January 30 2022.

Once you have signed up – I will contact you (within 24hrs) with the next steps of registration.

With some support, structure and accountability you can put some really beneficial practices in place that can set you up for the long term. I look forward to working with you.

*You will be asked to complete a PAR-Q to check you are safe to exercise. If you have any injuries / are pregnant / postnatal please contact me to discuss whether this challenge is suitable for you.

**TrueCoach is an online platform with an easy to use app that will home this workout plan.

The workouts were well structured and although my knowledge is limited I could tell they were designed to focus on different muscle groups. I loved the gratitude and positivity challenges as they were something different to any other workout programme I have followed before.
