What’s it all about …

At the heart of The Twenty Minute Club is my desire to help make exercise as accessible and enjoyable as possible.

We are already trying to squeeze so much into our day to day that exercise can often be one of those things that falls by the wayside, but it doesn’t have to be this way – you deserve to move that wonderful body of yours!

I lead live 20 minute workout sessions via Instagram* at least 3 days a week (timetables released weekly)

These sessions are short and sweet because 20 minutes is doable and when spent well is enough time for you to start seeing progress. These sessions are strength focussed designed to; work your whole body throughout the week, empower you and give you the opportunity to focus on you and your needs.

To get the most out of these sessions I suggest getting a pair of dumbbells, a kettlebell and a resistance band.**

The sessions will be live on a private Instagram page (@TheTwentyMinuteClub) and when the workout has ended it is posted and saved to the grid so that you can catch up or come back to it another time, meaning you do not have to join live to get all the goodness out of this membership.
