I lead a live 20 minute workout via Instagram* every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at 7.10am.
These sessions are short and sweet because we live busy lives and 20 minutes if spent well is enough time for you to start seeing progress. These 20 minutes sessions will help you start your day strong; focusing on you and your needs.
To get the most out of these sessions I suggest getting a pair of dumbbells, a kettlebell and a resistance band.**
The sessions will be live on a private Instagram page (@TheTwentyMinuteClub) and when the workout has ended it is posted and saved to the grid so that you can catch up or come back to it another time, meaning you do not have to join live to get plenty of goodness out of this membership.
