I will lead a 20 minute strength focused session via Instagram* live every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at 7.10am.
I am keeping these sessions short and sweet because sometimes that is all we have time for. These 20 minutes sessions will help you start your day strong, focusing on you and your needs.
You do not need equipment, but you will get more out of the exercises if you use weights (a pair of dumbbells, a kettlebell) or a resistance band.**
The sessions will be live on a private Instagram page (@rebeccafit_membership) and when the live workout has ended, the workout is posted and saved to the grid so that you can catch up or come back to it another time meaning you do not have to join live to get plenty of goodness out of this membership.
Membership is only £15 per month and continues for as long as you want it too.***
Each month there will little extra’s (if in demand) in the shape of workshops, Q&A’s and guest speakers.
