About me

I’m Rebecca, I’m 36 years old (this is subject to change). Originally from Bangor, North Wales (siarad Cymraeg), now living in beautiful Barry with one man, two dogs and 2 little humans.

I’m a Sagittarius, I love the moon. I enjoy wild swimming, outdoor adventures and sleep.

I’ve worked as a Personal Trainer for nearly 5 years now and I’m loving it, easily the best decision I’ve made in my working life. Having tried my hand at various other jobs including teaching and media & communications, I truly feel like I’ve found my place. My approach to fitness is a very holistic one taking into account your body, mind and soul.

I want to empower you to incorporate exercise into you life in a way that feel accessible to you.

I’m passionate about working with women (though gents you are very welcome here too!) because as women, we go through several physical and emotional changes in our lives (an ebb & flow if you will) and I think it’s important that we are equipped to deal with these changes positively, from pregnancy, to postpartum, perimenopause to menopause -my ultimate aim is to help you enjoy moving your body, to feel happy in your body’s ability and to feel strong both physically and mentally and spiritually.

On a more personal level, I love (and need) the endorphins exercise provides and highly recommend them to everyone, which is why I decided to do what I do. Exercise helps clear my mind, breathe, channel my frustrations, smile more often and just be that little bit better at life, don’t get me wrong, I’m far from ‘perfect’, but I do know that when I exercise more I have more control over everything else.

Fitness is something I lost as I found my way to the bar at university, but found again when I escaped, though it’s not always been an easy ride; I am very aware of the real challenges that people face when trying to take control of your own health and well-being.

I’m passionate about helping you find more happiness in your everyday and to find and exercise and wellness plan that works for you, your life and your goals.
