I’m Rebecca, I’m 35 years old (this is subject to change). Originally from Bangor, North Wales (siarad Cymraeg), now living in the Vale of Glamorgan with one man, two dogs, (Lili & Drake) and 2 little humans.

I’ve worked as a Personal Trainer for 4 years now and I’m really loving it, easily the best decision I’ve made in my working life. Having tried my hand at various other jobs including teaching and media & communications, I truly feel like I’ve found my place.

I want to inspire and encourage all women to incorporate exercise into their lives. As women, we go through several different physical and emotional changes in our lives and I think it’s important that we are equipped to deal with these changes positively. My ultimate aim is to help you find the fun in exercise, to feel happy in your body’s ability and to feel supported and strong both physically and mentally.

On a more personal level, I love (and need) the endorphins exercise provides and highly recommend them to everyone, which is why I decided to do what I do. Exercise helps clear my mind, breathe, channel my frustrations, smile more often and just be that little bit better at life, don’t get me wrong, I’m far from ‘perfect’, but I do know that when I exercise more I have move control over everything else.

Fitness is something I lost as I found my way to the bar at university, but found again when I escaped, though it’s not always been an easy ride; I am very aware of the real challenges that people face when trying to take control of your own health and well-being.

I’m passionate about helping you find more happiness in your everyday and to find and exercise regime that works for you, your life and your goals.

I have enjoyed different types of exercise, from lifting weights in the gym to trekking in the mountains. Before the babies came along I enjoyed the odd run and loved a bit of mountain biking with the other half so along with still recovering postnatally and my new love for wild swimming I intend to get back to it all slowly but surely.

Peace out.
