Bold Strength

Bold Strength is my 1-2-1 online coaching offer that focusses on your strength + fitness training.

You already know exercise is good for you on so many levels, but you are finding it hard to create a routine that you can stick to or gives you the results you desire, but with my support and accountability you can do this!

The Bold Strength program is for you if you are:

  • struggling to stay consistent,
  • not making progress,
  • working towards a specific strength or fitness goal and need support to get there,
  • postpartum and maybe struggling with postpartum related symptoms (this doesn’t need to be immediately postpartum)
  • muddling through the peri-menopause or post menopause and want your energy back.

I don’t just write you up a plan and let you get on with it, I consider what your day to day looks like, the things holding you back + the things working in your favour. We’ll look at your current habits + how you see yourself and create a routine that serves you, so that you feel strong, confident + full of self belief – it’s time!!

Bold Strength also includes;

  • habit tracking (if applicable),
  • nutritional guidance (if required),
  • regular contact via the training app (My working days are Mon-Thurs daytime hours)
  • weekly check-ins via the training app / WhatsApp to review your week, make adaptions where needed, find solutions to any problems and set you up for the week ahead.
