Living Boldly isn’t just coaching, it’s a lifestyle. This is quite literally FREEDOM through fitness. My coaching method has been designed to help you reach your strength, fitness + wellbeing goals in a new magical way that plays out in your real life.

If you are ready for freedom, no longer willing to be held back by societal conditioning or self-doubt, then trust me, I get it! I believe that movement, connection, and self-discovery can unlock a bold life full of of purpose & joy and that is exactly what has driven this coaching method.

Aligned Power

We’ll explore your values, your self worth and we’ll build some rebellious rituals to help you get the best out of your day to day and step into your own unique power.

Body Liberation

How we view our vessel has been influenced by others both consciously and subconsciously, we’ll unpick these stories and beliefs & build up your self image and self worth – it will be liberating.

Wild Strength

This is the strength piece. You will have a tailored plan built around your strength & fitness goals, this will progress as you do.

Living Boldly

Ultimately I want you to live boldly, joyfully and aligned with your values. I want you to show up for the adventures, connect with the elements and get the most out of your life – live out your daydreams! The only way I really think we can do this is through practice, through pushing through fears, from taking the actions which will happen when you realise how amazing & worthy you are!

The practicalities ….

In addition to you training plan you will benefit (where applicable) from;

  • habit tracking,
  • nutritional guidance (if required),
  • regular contact via WhatsApp / fitness app (my working hours are daytime Mon-Thurs),
  • weekly check-ins via WhatsApp to review your week, make adaptions where needed, find solutions to any problems and set you up for the week ahead.
  • 2 x coaching calls each month (approx 30-40 mins)
