I’m here to; get the best out of you, help you explore your goals and the behaviours needed to reach them, give you that structure to workout and practice self care effectively and hold you accountable.

Here are your training options ….

Option 1

  • A 12-week training (and wellbeing) plan (revised monthly) tailored to you and your requirements.
  • Nutritional guidelines.
  • Weekly check ins via QuickCoach*.
  • Regular contact via messages / voice notes.

Price: £195 (or £65 per month x 3)

Option 2

  • A 12-week training (and wellbeing) plan (revised monthly) tailored to you and your requirements.
  • Food diary analysis (if requested) and nutritional guidelines.
  • Weekly check ins via QickCoach*.
  • Regular contact via messages / voice notes.
  • 1 hour a month in person / zoom PT session and catch up.
  • Access to The Twenty Minute Club.

Price: £297 (or £99 per month x 3)

Which option is right for me?

If you are generally motivated, feel pretty confident exercising but you are not seeing progress or lack structure then option 1 should be a good fit.

If you struggle with your routine, need someone to hold you accountable and check in with you more regularly then option 2 is for you. You also get an in person / zoom session as part of this package.

I love building real connections so with both options I do encourage regular contact in the form of messages and voice notes, this way I can better understand what is or isn’t working for you and adjust things accordingly.
