I’ve just completed a stint of online training with Rebecca and it’s been really brill. Having had a baby less than 6 months ago, the exercises were wholly appropriate (nothing too difficult or uncomfortable) and I saw great results in toning up my body. The online (app) method allowed me to fit in the exercises when and where I could, which was great with a baby and I didn’t have to leave him. Rebecca was always prompt in answering any questions I had and was really encouraging, supportive and understanding. I’m hoping to continue working with Rebecca to improve my strength and fitness further. I’d recommend working with Rebecca to anyone!
