25-30 minute fire starters three mornings a week (from the training plan) to support you on your quest. These are all recorded via zoom so catch up is always available.

*If you are working out from home you will need access to a pair of dumbbells, a kettlebell or barbell and a long looped and short looped resistance band for most sessions. If you are working out from the gym you have the option of using machines to train including the pulley machines instead of using bands.
